The high cost of delivery may be due to a variety of factors such as the cost of fuel, the distance of the delivery location, the cost of packaging materials to ensure the safe transport of baked goods, and the cost of labor to fulfill the delivery. All of these expenses are taken into consideration when setting the price for delivery and we strive to provide a reliable and efficient service to our customers.

If you miss your delivery, it may be possible to arrange a re-delivery, however, this will depend on various factors such as availability of delivery personnel and the proximity of the delivery location. Please contact our customer service for more information on re-delivery options. You will not receive a refund the cost of the delivery as we would have paid the driver for their delivery attempt.

If you have received a damaged or incomplete cake, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the issue and receive further assistance. In some cases, we may offer a replacement cake or a refund, depending on the circumstances and our policy.

If the delivery driver is asking for additional assistance, please assess the situation and determine if it is feasible to provide the requested assistance. If it is not possible, kindly inform the driver and contact customer service for further guidance.
